FAQ

Questions, answered.

Straight answers about how Speralitics works, what it can and can't touch, and the honest risks of trading crypto — no hype.

Getting started

New here? Start with the basics.

What is Speralitics?

Speralitics is a non-custodial AI crypto-trading platform. You connect your own exchange account and the AI can place and manage trades for you — but it never holds or withdraws your money. The idea is simple: AI that earns you an income, not one that replaces you.

Do I need trading experience?

No. Autopilot is built for people with zero experience — you set your risk level and it runs. If you already trade, Copilot and Terminal give you more control. You can start hands-off and grow into the deeper tools whenever you want.

Which level should I start with?

Most people start on Autopilot (fully hands-off). Choose Copilot if you want the AI to suggest trades while you approve them, or Terminal if you want to chart, backtest, and run your own strategies. You can switch levels at any time.

How fast can I start?

Connecting an exchange and granting the trade-only key takes a few minutes. There's no lengthy onboarding. We always recommend starting small and, where available, testing on testnet or a small balance before committing more.

Security & your funds

Your keys, your funds — the whole point.

Do you ever hold my money?

No. Speralitics is non-custodial by design. Your funds stay in your own exchange account or wallet the entire time. We are a tool, not a fund or a broker — we never take custody of a cent.

What does "non-custodial" actually mean?

It means custody never leaves you. You grant a trade-only key (or session key) that lets the AI open and close positions — but that permission explicitly cannot withdraw, transfer, or move funds off the platform. The money is always yours.

What can Speralitics do — and not do — with my account?

Can: place, size, and manage trades within the permissions you grant. Cannot: withdraw funds, send transfers, or change your account settings. Trading access and withdrawal access are separate, and we only ever get the former.

What if my session key leaks — can I stop it instantly?

Yes. You can revoke the trade-only key or disconnect the exchange at any moment, and access ends immediately. Even in a worst case, a leaked trade-only key still can't withdraw your funds — withdrawal permission is never part of it.

Money, fees & withdrawals

The costs, plainly.

Can I withdraw anytime?

Yes — instantly, because your funds never leave your own exchange account. There's no lock-up and nothing to "withdraw from" Speralitics. You move your money whenever you like, on your exchange's normal terms.

What does Speralitics cost?

Speralitics charges a subscription for platform access; pricing depends on the level you choose. See the Pricing page for current plans. We don't take a cut of your trades or your balance — the fee is for the software, not your profits.

Are there exchange fees?

Yes. Your exchange charges its own trading fees, funding rates, and spreads, and those are separate from your Speralitics subscription. Those costs go to the exchange, not to us — factor them into any expectations.

Is there a minimum?

There's no minimum imposed by Speralitics beyond your exchange's own minimums for opening positions. We strongly suggest starting with an amount you can genuinely afford to lose while you get comfortable.

Levels & how it trades

How the AI actually works.

What's the difference between Autopilot, Copilot, and Terminal?

Autopilot runs fully hands-off at the risk level you set. Copilot proposes trades and waits for your approval. Terminal is the full workbench — chart, backtest, and run your own strategies. Same non-custodial engine underneath, different amounts of control.

Does the AI guarantee profits?

No — and anyone who promises guaranteed profits is not being honest. Crypto trading is genuinely risky and you can lose money. Speralitics is built to trade with discipline and manage risk, not to promise returns.

What is "money management"?

It's the built-in logic that decides position size, entries, exits, and how risk is spread across trades — the discipline layer that runs consistently instead of trading on emotion. Good money management is about protecting capital, not chasing wins.

Can I use my own strategies?

Yes. In Terminal you can build, backtest, and deploy your own strategies, then let the execution engine run them with its money-management layer. You bring the edge; Speralitics handles disciplined execution.

Exchanges & availability

Where it connects and works.

Which exchanges are supported?

Speralitics connects to major venues including Bybit, Bitget, and Hyperliquid, with more on the roadmap. You keep your account with the exchange; Speralitics just plugs into it non-custodially.

Do I need my own exchange account?

Yes. Because we never take custody, you trade through your own exchange account or wallet. You create it with the exchange directly, then grant Speralitics trade-only access to it.

Is it available in my country?

Availability depends on which exchanges operate where you live and your local regulations. If your supported exchange is accessible in your region, Speralitics can generally connect to it. Always follow the rules that apply to you.

What if my exchange isn't listed yet?

We're actively expanding supported venues. Get on the early-access list and tell us which exchange you use — demand shapes what we integrate next.

Risk

The honest part.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Crypto is volatile and trading carries real risk — you can lose some or all of the capital you put at risk. No AI, strategy, or platform removes that. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Is any of this financial advice?

No. Speralitics is trading software, not a broker or a financial adviser, and nothing here is financial advice. You're responsible for your own decisions — consider speaking to a licensed professional about your situation.

How much leverage does it use?

Leverage is configurable, and higher leverage sharply increases both potential gains and the risk of liquidation. We encourage conservative settings, especially while you're learning. More leverage is never "free" — it magnifies losses just as fast as gains.

How does Speralitics reduce risk?

Through its money-management layer — disciplined sizing, consistent exits, and rules that run without emotion. That helps manage risk, but it does not eliminate it. Markets can and do move against any strategy.
