You are solely responsible for your account, your keys, your strategy choices, and your trades. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of profitability or fitness for a particular purpose. You must be of legal age and permitted to trade crypto derivatives in your jurisdiction.
We collect the minimum needed to operate the service — account email and usage necessary for the product to function. We never take custody of your funds or private keys. Non-custodial session keys are generated and stored in your own browser and are never transmitted to or held by Speralitics. We do not sell personal data.
